Free pickup and exchange within 30 days It is our ambition to see you pleased with your purchase. If you’re unhappy with something you’ve bought, and you wish to return or exchange it, let us know within 30 days from the day of delivery and we’ll do everything we can to sort it out. You will be reimbursed in full for any incorrect order. If, for any reason, the item is not what you expected, you have the choice to exchange or return it for reimbursement. We guarantee the following service: - For exchanges - same item but different color or size:
- Free pickup service at your preferred location
- Free delivery of new item at your preferred location
- Free of handling charges
- Your new item will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving your returned item.
- For returns with reimbursement:
- Free pickup service at your preferred location
- Handling charges of €16, - deducted from the reimbursed amount
- You will be reimbursed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item.
There are two important exceptions: 1. We can’t accept returns on goods that show any sign of wear and tear. 2. We can’t accept returns on personalised items. Easy return in 3 steps: In case you may want to return or exchange an item, follow these 3 steps: - Click here to complete the pickup form. We will return an e-mail with a contact number for FedEx so you can arrange a convenient time for pickup.
- Print the pickup form in 3 copies:
- one for you to keep,
- one to attach to the package you will return,
- one for the pickup person.
- Call FedEx to arrange a convenient pickup time. We will provide you with the local phone number.
