Q:

How do I place an order online?

A:

Fill your Shopping Bag

To purchase an item, you must first add it to your Shopping Bag. 

  1. Select item.
    Browse through the items by using the top menu bar. You can select an item by clicking the ‘Show details’ button, followed by the button ‘Add to bag’.
  2. Select color, size and quantity.
    View all colors, sizes and quantities available in the item you are considering.
    Select color by indicating the matching button.
    Select size and quantity by using the drop down menu.
  3. Add item to bag
    After having selected color, size and quantity, click the ‘Add to bag’ button and your item will be added to the shopping bag in ‘My cockpit’. If you only want to buy this item, click on the ‘Order now’ button under ‘My cockpit’. If you want to continue shopping, browse again through the items and select the item of your choice.

Place your order

After having filled your shopping bag under ‘My cockpit’, click the ‘Order now’ button. Review the contents of your shopping bag. You have the freedom to change or remove the items. Once you are satisfied with the items in your shopping bag, click the ‘Proceed purchase’ button.

In order to complete your purchase, you will be asked to follow the checkout process:

For customers ordering for the first time

  Step 1. Delivery and invoice
 
If it is your first order, start completing the delivery details in step 1 of the checkout form. You have the following options:

  • have the invoice addressed to a different address than the delivery address;
  • redeem your gift voucher;
  • add a personal message to the gift.

  Step 2. Review your order
 
Confirm your order and agree with the terms & conditions in step 2.

  Step 3. Payment
 
Pay your order in step 3, using one of the payment options. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details of your order.

For customers who ordered with us before

  Step 1. Delivery and invoice
 
If you have ordered with us before and became a club member, you can log in for fast checkout.

  Step 2. Review your order
 
Confirm your order and agree with the terms & conditions in step 2.

  Step 3. Payment
 
Pay your order in step 3, using one of the payment options. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all details of your order.

Q:What if an item is sold out?
A:

When an item is sold out in our e-store, you will not be able to add it to your shopping bag. You can go to our ‘Store locator’ and contact one of the stores in the list to check availability. Sold out means sold out. Because exclusive fashion guaranteed by a limited production, is one of the characteristics of our brand.

Q:Where can I find other color/sizes?
A:

Some of the items in our e-store are available in other colors/sizes in the stores selling our brand. If you want to check the availability of an item you are considering in another color/size than the ones mentioned in our e-store, you can go to our ‘Store locator’ and contact one of the stores in the list.

Q:How will I know that you received my order?
A:

You will get a confirmatory e-mail shortly after the order has been processed.

Q:Can I cancel my order?
A:

You can cancel your order by clicking the ‘Cancel order’ button. You can do so anytime during checkout and until you have clicked the ‘Submit order’ button.

If you have already submitted your order, please send an e-mail to customerservice@bikkembergs.com. If the order has not been shipped by the time your message has been processed, customer service will cancel shipment. If the order has been shipped by the time your message has been processed, you are requested to send it back to us according to our return policy.
