Q:Can I return or exchange my order?
A:

It is our ambition to see you pleased with your purchase. If you are unhappy with something you’ve bought, and you wish to return or exchange it, you should let us know within 30 days from the day of delivery and we will do everything we can to sort it out. You will be reimbursed in full for any incorrect order.

If, for any reason, the item is not what you expected, you have the choice to exchange or return it for reimbursement.

There are two important exceptions:

  1. We cannot accept returns on goods that show any sign of wear and tear.
  2. We cannot accept returns on personalised items.
