PRIVACY INFORMATION NOTE - Art. 13 Leg. Decree 196/2003

All collected personal data shall be processed mainly using electronic systems, and sometimes paper based systems.

N. 01884450444 in Fermo and Triboo Digitale S.r.l. with registered office in Viale Sarca, 336 - 20126, Milan (MI) Italy, tax code, VAT number and Milan Business Register N. 02912880966, Share capital € 42,678.00. Triboo Digitale is only responsible for managing the sales and transactions on then website, for instance, management of product orders, sales and deliveries, return and warranty management and all other activities related to the sales of products via the website. To conduct such activities functional to the sale of products via the website, Triboo Digitale processes, in its capacity as co-Data Controller, and in accordance with the applicable privacy code, user data such as name and surname, residence and information on credit cards used by users (such as first and last name of the card holder, card number, expiration date, security code).
Levitas S.p.A. may also use your data to send promotional e-mails on its own products and services, similar to those purchased, unless you refuse this option exercising your right of opposition as per the procedures seen later on (art. 130, paragraph 4, L.D. 196/2003).
Triboo Digitale processes data of website visitors and customers for the purposes of management of the same, as well as to the conclusion and execution of commercial transactions involving the purchase of products through the Site. Hence, the Data Controller with regards to additional activities not related to the sale of products through this web site (such as for example and not limitedly to, transmission of advertising material, sale communications, promotions) is exclusively Triboo Digitale.
Moreover, after granting specific consent, your personal data can be processed by Triboo Digitale also for marketing purposes such as to transmit promotional material via email at the address provided by you, concerning products and services other than those already purchased, news, promotions, market and/or statistic researches, customer satisfaction surveys.
This does not include the data relating to your Credit card, which is excluded for any purposes other than checking the existence of such payment means, the payment received and the management of payments further to claim management and contentious procedures. To this purpose, the data will also be processed by the Bank that provides the online payment service, further to the entity that issued the credit card you use to confirm your order.
At present, one of the Chief Data Processors designated to the processing of your personal data is Arcese Logistic S.r.l., who will process the data required to ship the merchandise and manage any returns you may make;

Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Right to access personal data and other rights
1. The concerned party is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet registered, and its communication in intelligible form.
2. The concerned party is entitled to obtain information on:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) processing scopes and methods;
c) logic applied in case of processing carried out with electronic devices;
d) identification details of the data controller, data processors and appointed manager as set forth by art. 5, par. 2.
e) of subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data can be disclosed or who may become aware of information in quality of appointed local manager, data processors or data controllers.
3. The concerned party is entitled to obtain:
a) update, correction or integration of data, when required;
b) deletion, transformation in anonymous form or block of data processed in breach of laws, including data that does not require to be stored in relation to the scopes for which it was collected and then processed;
c) confirmation that the operations indicated in letters a) and b) were notified, also with regards to their content, to those subjects to whom data was disclosed or diffused, except where notification proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected.
4. The concerned party has the right to object, totally or partially:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of his/her personal data even if related to the collection purpose;
b) to the processing of his/her personal data for the transmission of advertising or direct sale material or to execute market researches or sale communications.
