Products purchased on the www.bikkembergs.com website are normally delivered within 5 working days from the order date in Italy, and within 8 days for all other destinations.
It remains understood that, as far as the pre-ordered products are concerned, the aforementioned terms exclusively come into effect when the consumer receives the product availability and order confirmation email. The product included in Capsule Collection will be avaiable from Aprile 2019.
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends.
An extra working day, compared to the above terms, is required for orders paid for by credit card to allow for standard administration procedures.
For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.
