How to place an order in time for Christmas

We want to ensure you get the best possible service. To receive your present by 24th December 2025, place your order no later than 18th of December 2025 at 12:00 pm (CET) with express shipping.

Check your address book: make sure that all addresses are updated and entered in the correct format and that the phone number is also provided.
If it is needed, modify the address, keeping in mind that the most frequent mistakes concern the following:

• name of the road either incorrect or missing;
• missing or incorrect zip code;
• missing or incorrect house number or digital code; 
• addressee's name is missing or incorrect on the doorbell;
• Please remember that we do not ship to PO boxes.

 

Extension of the return period

We have extended the return period for the Christmas holidays:
All orders placed between 16th December and 6th January can be returned until 30 days from delivery shipping
