How to place an order in time for Christmas

We want to ensure you get the best possible service. To receive your present by 24th December 2025, place your order by:

• 18th of December 2025 with Standard Shipping for all European Countries.
• 19th of December 2025 with express Shipping for all other countries.

The deadline is valid both for standard and express shipping, in the event that your destination is included in different service levels.
We also advise you to verify and check all the data you have entered, check your address book: make sure that all addresses are updated and entered in the correct format and that the phone number is also provided.
If it is needed, modify the address, keeping in mind that the most frequent mistakes concern the following:

• name of the road either incorrect or missing;
• missing or incorrect zip code;
• missing or incorrect house number or digital code; 
• addressee's name is missing or incorrect on the doorbell;
• Please remember that we do not ship to PO boxes.
